Order Processing - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who processes my credit card order?
A: We use PayPal as our secure credit card processor. We never see any of your personal financial data.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal payments.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to buy from the Kiddix website?
A:
A PayPal account is not required. Our orders are processed
through PayPal, however PayPal gives the option to order using most
major credit.
Q: How do I use a credit card to checkout?
A:After
you press the checkout button on your shopping cart you will be taken
to a page where you can either log into a PayPal account to complete
the checkout, or select an alternate form of payment.

Q: How long will it be before my order ships?
A:
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Larger orders
may take additional time. If your order can't be processed within
3 business days we will contact you.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:
Your order will be shipped via UPS ground. Kiddix PC orders are shipped out though our resale partner Zig's Place,
located in Maryland. Peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard)
ship directly to you from our hardware suppliers, and will arrive
separate from your Kiddix PC.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We don't accept international orders at this time.
